Using 4.4.0.14 (aka 4.4 RTW ) via MSBuild on VS2005 and VS2010 Express for Phone and it works fine ;-)
RTW? Released to Work? Shouldn't it be RTM?
@DavidEvanK: You may use JSLint for it: http://www.jslint.com/

Standard Web Development is not just in C#.
Common rules are needed for JavaScript as well.
Documentation just in CHM files is not acceptable because there are confusing security restrictions for users.

7/20/10 RTW is for 4.3.3.0 *NOT* 4.4.0
The current RTW download link is for 4.3.3.0. It is not installing 4.4.0. You can verify that in VS2K8 Help>About and Control Panel. Please fix.

Looks like I was too quick, there is a way to turn off the warnings per project. Conversely to what the downloaded documentation says.

But I think it's called RTM not RTW or what do you mean by RTW?
