Does not uninstall cleanly

I uninstalled StyleCop 4.7.42.0 from Visual Studio 2012.

After uninstallation it left residue. In the Tools menu there were still StyleCop entries.

Running "devenv /setup" fixed it.

This normally occurs if a crashed devenv.exe process was running during an uninstall. Anyone else getting this?
