CodeMustNotContainMultipleStatementsOnOneLine flagging on valid lines

description

The rule, "CodeMustNotContainMultipleStatementsOnOneLine" keeps flagging the following lines:

__ } else {__

and

try {

} catch (Exception1 e) {
__ } catch (Exception2 e) {_
}

These lines are valid syntax and do not constitute multiple statements in my opinion. Is there anything I can do other than turning off the rule completely or changing our coding style to prevent these false positives?

They are multiple statements. Change the code or turn off the rule.
