Code cleanup removes too much from header

description

So I have exactly the same issue as already solved here: http://stylecop.codeplex.com/workitem/7004
only that the solution didnt work for me :(
header looks like:

// --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
// <copyright file="sample.cs" company="myCompany">
// myCompany AG 2012 All Right Reserved
// </copyright>
// <author>$Author: me $</author>
// <date>$Date: 2014-03-13 21:25:03 +0100 (Do, 13 Mrz 2014) $</date>
// <revision>$Revision: 3478 $</revision>
// <codereview>
// Revision 3477, 13 Mar. 2014, PTd
// Revision 3464, 13 Mar. 2014, PTd
// </codereview>
// <summary>
// sampleClass
// </summary>
// --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

in my cleanup profile, only 1633-1641 "Replace copyright element completely" is active, nothing else. Resharper option "Update file header" is disabled.
If I enable 1639: "File Header must have summary", the summary is being kept, but the rest of the header is deleted.

I tried version 4.7.45 and 4.7.49

Closing this work item due to its age and because development is moving to GitHub. Please open a new issue at https://github.com/StyleCop/StyleCop.ReSharper if this still needs to be addressed.
