Believe it or not but there are other languages out there which should be supported:

  • C/C++
  • Java
  • Delphi
  • ...

At the moment I am working on software for mobile devices (Windows CE 4.2; ticket printer; board computer; eTicketing: http://www.zelisko.at/media/documents/update/FSD5.pdf) based on a huge C++ (and Delphi on server side) code base written by a lot of developers ...

There already exists a refactoring utility called VisualAssistX from Whole Tomato Software but it does not offer much features for naming things correctly?

http://clean-code-developer.de/wiki/CcdWerkzeugliste -->http://www.wholetomato.com

Are there other utilities out there for static code analysis for C++?

Hi

If you create a fork and then in that fork implement your language parser(s), then design the rules and implement them they can be merged back in and used by everyone.
